As a husband-wife team, we, Linda and Breeze, carefully design every exercise and diet plan to cater to your unique goals.

We understand that each individual has specific nutrition and fitness aspirations. Linda specializes in training women, while Breeze is dedicated to working with men. With over sixty years of combined experience and education, we are passionate about empowering people to take control of their health, wellness, and mindset. Our expertise is particularly geared towards those aged fifty and above, recognizing that as we age gracefully, our needs change, including challenging life events, injuries, and nutritional requirements.

Aging is not for the faint-hearted, but we believe in aging well alongside our clients. However, we are equipped and eager to coach and train adults of any age, and we even work with teenagers and college students. At our studio, we foster a caring, safe, and fun environment, treating our clients like family as we embark on the journey to become strong and healthy together.

In addition to our in-studio offerings, we also provide online coaching for those who prefer the convenience of a mobile app. Through our app, youll have access to personalized exercise routines, wellness guidance, and science-based meal plans created in collaboration with top dieticians in the industry. Our meal plans are far from restrictive; instead, they are tailored to meet your specific needs and goals, whether its weight loss, weight gain, or weight maintenance.

Our diverse meal plans feature a wide variety of foods to keep you motivated and excited about your choices. What sets us apart is the flexibility to exchange a meal plan if you dont like it, as long as it has the same number of calories, scientifically calibrated into the program. This feature helps prevent burnout and plateaus, ensuring you stay on track towards your goals.
